Subcontractors’ questions
Do I have to pay to receive invitations?
No. Any listed company can be invited to bid. Partners are only shown first.
Who sees my contact details?
Only the builders who use Carnet Garantie, to add you to their subcontractors or invite you to bid. Your offers are seen only by the builder who invited you.
What happens if my RBQ licence is no longer active?
Your listing is no longer shown to builders. You get a notice, and so do the builders who work with you. It comes back when the RBQ lists your licence as active again.
Can the founding price go up?
No: it stays yours for as long as you remain a partner. The price announced for later applies only to new partners.
